I have had a lifelong passion for health and fitness, however I have struggled to be fit&healthy. I have several severe injuries (3 knee surgeries, couple slipped disks, spinal stenosis), hypothyroidism and chronic pain (fibromyalgia, and occipital neuralgia), and manage it all through healthy eating and exercise (proper nutrition and training).

I know how it feels to struggle to find your fit.

My goal is to educate others (women) about living a Healthy lifestyle and guide them to achieve their personal best.

Every day is a struggle however don't let pain define you. I fight each and every day to find, define and keep my fit.
